DELIVER
Depending on what version you purchase, editable or non-editable, I'll deliver either a link or a document.
The link is a Canva link. You will have access to that link 24/7. You will be able to change anything in any time.
On the other hand, the document can be a JPG, PNG or PDF document. You need to tell me what kind of file you want me to deliver. Then you can download it or even print it. You will not be able to change anything after the deliver.
REFUNDS
Once we start working together, you will follow your design step by step. Communication is key, so you will have the right to tell me if something doesn't look good. When the deliver is done, there is no chance to a refund unless the Canva link or the template itself presents issues. Just in that case, the refund will be 100%.
GUARANTEE
Again, communication is key. You will know at every moment how your designs are getting done. Revisions are unlimited. You will be noticed about every change. However, don't forget that we might have a big time difference.
PRIVACY
I will not ask for you any information that I don't include in your designs, which means that I only use what you give to me (logo, brand name, social media, pictures, etc). No personal information will be required.
Payments are also confidential. I will not ask for credit cards because I only use PayPal.
When your order is done, before I deliver you the link or the document, I'll send you my PayPal account. When I receive the payment confirmation, I will confirm you as well. Just then I will deliver your design.
